Responsibilities
Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization.
Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects.
Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors. May oversees advertising, events and public relationships.
Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
True first level manager.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
