Lucas Group has partnered with a fast growing science and technology based manufacturing company that has been around for over 25 years. With presence across the globe our client caters to Food & Beverage, Environmental, Energy, Utilities and manufacturing industries. Within the last 7 years they have tripled their revenue and have experienced year over year growth in profits. This phenomenal growth required that they expand their current Marketing team to add a Content Marketing Manager. This person will be responsible for content creation for all marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, lead conversions, and any direct customer communications (email, websites, blog, social, webinars, advertising ) Maintaining a consistent brand voice, style, and tone for primarily B2B customers, as well as some B2C customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, test and distribute engaging digital content across a range of channels, including but not limited to automated emails/newsletters, landing pages, paid social media and search ads, mobile apps, partner and referral websites, press releases, sponsored and organic advertising content.
  • Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.
  • Consistently be engaged with optimizing content according to modern best practices, including responsive/mobile design, SEO, and A/B or multivariate testing.
  • Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel
  • Structure and report on content analytics and metrics by marketing funnel stage that map back to business goals
  • Maintain, reposition, or create new marketing collateral for sales and business development teams as well as tradeshow distribution
  • Help optimize marketing automation and leads nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience creating content for various online channels
  • Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
  • Experience with WordPress, Google analytics, Slide share, and the top social channels
  • Basic understanding of a marketing automation system
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation or equivalent
  • Experience creating marketing content for technical products a plus
  • Experience with managing creatives, market segmentation and branding

Compensation: Base + Bonus + Full Benefits
