Role Overview: Our client an established international software company is expanding its US operations. They are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to implement and carry out corporates marketing strategies in the US and Canada.

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will be expected to work independently, and take initiative to complete tasks. This person will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of Our Client’s local marketing activities in the USA and Canada.

Main Responsibilities: Take the full responsibility for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of Our Client’s local marketing activities in North America including:

• Identification of local marketing strategy, objectives and activities (events, PR, content, website localization, campaigns to support country strategy)
• Identification and creation of local texts
• Adaptation of texts to the local market
• Localization of folders, event material, and other graphic design
• Creation and send-out of local email campaigns
• Coordination of local events
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create relevant materials
• Liaise with external suppliers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years’ experience of working with local B2B marketing of a global brand,
• Exceptional project management skills, including strong tracking, time-management and delegation skills
• Ability to structure and prioritize work while ensuring attention to detail
• Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Photoshop and InDesign, WordPress, Google Analytics and Google AdWords
