The Lucas Group is searching for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to add as a key member of our team. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for collaboration with our outside sales force to determine sales and marketing needs to make the organization more effective in the marketplace. This Marketing Coordinator position provides information and assistance to support the execution of strategic initiatives to accelerate growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS
· BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or a related field is required.
· 2+ years of experience in B2C and B2B environments with traditional, digital and product marketing is required.
· Experience working with sales teams to develop marketing tools, programs and campaigns to drive increased sales essential; field sales experience an asset.
· Well-developed data analytical skills with polished presentation style.
· Knowledge and/or experience with SEO/SEM is required.
· Demonstrate a “no job is too small” mentality; you like to roll up your sleeves, jump in and get it done.
