Build and support the execution of marketing campaigns, including campaign flow builds, email creation, outbound landing page creation and form creations.
Ensure responsive email, landing page, and form designs meet Gallagher brand standards and are cross-browser and cross-device compatible.
Build and execute test strategies, including A/B multi-variant testing, to optimize campaign performance.
Report on critical email and marketing automation campaign metrics.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on marketing automation best practices, including campaign execution, email and landing page creation, and email deliverability.
Stay updated on email and marketing automation best practices and capabilities.
Qualifications/Skills
3+ years of digital marketing experience with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms. Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
Advanced HTML/CSS knowledge and skills in building responsive emails and landing pages.
Strong marketing automation experience with familarity of CRM systems, such as Salesforce
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
