Conduct thorough QA testing of digital templates, including emails, landing pages, and journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet quality standards before deployment.
Ensure responsive email, landing page, and form designs are cross-browser and cross-device compatible and adhere to Gallagher brand standards.
Report on QA findings and collaborate with the campaign building team to address any issues.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on QA best practices for marketing automation, including email deliverability and data integrity.
Stay updated on QA best practices and advancements in marketing automation capabilities.
Qualifications/Skills
3+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on QA within Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred.
Skills in testing responsive emails and landing pages.
Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Strong attention to detail and experience in QA processes.
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
