Lucas Group has partnered with our client in on their search for a Manufacturing Manager.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Lead manufacturing team in assembly and metal fabrication (machining) environment, supporting semiconductor, aerospace, medical device products
- Lead team in continuous improvement during growth/change/upgrade phase while bringing in new manufacturing from future acquisitions
- Lead manufacturing team to achieve company goals in a timely manner
Skills Needed:
- Leading, motivating, creating teamwork
- ERP
- Proven successful leadership in manufacturing
Educational & Work Requirements:
- Degree: Bachelor's degree is a huge plus
- Work Experience: 7 years in industrial manufacturing environment
