Manufacturing Engineering Manager (Closed)

Our aggressively growing client provides custom engineered solutions for a variety of industries. We are partnering with them on a Manufacturing Engineering Manager opening to work out of their southeastern Wisconsin location. This individual must have experience working within a machine shop (high-mix/low-volume) as well as capital budgeting. He/She will have s successful background in LEAN and implementing KPIs.

Education and/or Experience:

• 4-year engineering degree highly preferred (Associates Degree in Technical Field plus 15 years of relevant work experience also acceptable)
• 5+ years’ leadership experience
• 5+ years in a metals manufacturing environment; including experience with low volume, high tolerance products.
• Demonstrated experience executing LEAN manufacturing concepts such as Manufacturing Cell creation, SMED, PQPR, and Standard Work.
