Our client, a well-respected "high stakes" litigation boutique headquartered in Chicago, is looking to bring in a Managing Partner. Ideal candidates will have a combination of strong leadership and managerial skills as well as the interest and ability to guide the firm's strategic direction and build consensus to ensure successful implementation of that vision. Prior top law firm and in-house (legal or corporate) experience is required. Job responsibilities will range from overseeing financial reporting and HR, managing attorney recruitment and development and input into all aspects of firm management.
