Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager in their Raleigh, NC location. This is an individual contributor role which provides full-cycle recruiting capability to site leadership within the southeast, managing up to 25 requisitions at one time while coaching and mentoring the recruiting team.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with at least 2 years of leadership experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, global company in a highly visible role!

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of recruiting experience with at least 2 years of team leadership or management experience; ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems required.
