Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading construction company on their search for a Manager of Total Rewards located in New York City. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to be a true HR leader within their Total Rewards Team. This person will serve as a true strategic partner who will provide support, guidance and advice on all total rewards projects, as well as strategic decision making on new initiatives in the New Year. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee the design and administration of compensation programs including compensation planning, base pay, variable pay, merit, etc.
• Provide strategic leadership, design and implementation of Total Rewards programs (compensation, health & welfare, HRIS)
• Lead the development and management of HRIS systems and enhance reporting and analytic capabilities
• Analyze market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of Total Rewards programs
• Provide enrollment materials, prepare and conduct benefit conference calls, revise benefit summaries and orientation documents
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Masters a plus
• 5-10 years of related experience
• 3+ year’s management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of benefits programs and experience working with external vendors
