Position: Senior Financial Analyst
Role Overview: Our growing, International manufacturing client is seeking to add a new Sr. Financial Analyst to their team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain consolidated long and short-term financial forecasts including but not limited to; modeling of three-way financial statements, borrowing base, debt covenant compliance and core management metrics;
- Pro-actively highlight to Management team where focus is needed based on analysis of trends; including but not limited to revenue, gross margins, operating expenses and working capital;
- Partner with the Manager of FP&A, Corporate Controller, CFO and asset custodians (inventory and AR) to pro-actively plan and manage working capital requirements and initiatives;
- Partner with Sales team to achieve Company objectives; accomplished through accurate weekly dashboard reporting, pro-actively highlighting key financial areas of attention based on analytics, and participation in weekly sales meetings;
- Continuously evaluate internal reporting needs and implement processes/tools to provide Executive and Management teams with information needed to drive results;
- Partner with budget owners across organization to create annual bottom-up budgets and quarterly forecasts;
- Distribute monthly reporting of actual to budget/forecast reporting to budget owners;
- Partner with Production Management Team to develop and maintain standard costs, provide variance analysis and reporting, and pro-actively highlight key opportunities for cost reduction;
- Partner with the Manager of FP&A, Corporate Controller, CFO and asset custodians (inventory and AR) to pro-actively plan and manage working capital requirements and initiatives;

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, MBA preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in combination of Accounting and Financial Analysis roles, preferably 3 plus years in an FP&A capacity.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, modeling gross margins and inventory valuation
- Public company experience required
- Advanced computer skills
- Fluency in English
