As a Materials Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Manage all materials flow throughout the supply chain to support local operations
- Keep accurate inventory
- Negotiate with logistics companies
- Analyze customer requirements and develop forecasts
- Develop production plan to meet customer needs
- Improve efficiencies with material flow, scheduling, planning, logistics
- Transition SAP to Oracle
- Manage distribution center
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- SAP or Oracle exp
- Logistics
- Inventory turns
- Leading using Lean practices
- Negotiations with logistics companies
- APICS Certification is a plus
