Lucas Group has partnered with a premier manufacturer in their search for an HR Manager.  This is a great opportunity to partner with leadership and build out the HR structure within a medium-sized industrial environment.  The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience supporting HR functions to include: employee relations, benefits and compensation administration, recruiting, training, employee development, and payroll, and has led a small HR team within a manufacturing setting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7+ years of well-rounded HR generalist experience within a manufacturing or similar environment.
• 1+ years experience in a management or leadership role.
