Title: Manager, HR Talent Management
Location: Atlanta, GA
Lucas Group has partnered with a large medical group on their search for a Manager of Talent Management in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to make an impact and lead the talent management life-cycle and function in a steadily growing organization. This individual will serve as an HR expert and be responsible for providing support, guidance and advice on a variety of HR functions from performance management to recruitment to employee relations to analytics.

• Develop and drive performance management initiatives and programs
• Manage the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent across all levels
• Ensure employee relations issues are handled fairly and within compliance
• Participate in the investigation and resolution of ongoing employee relations issues
• Effectively administer programs in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Develop a culture that fosters autonomy, work quality and productivity, and personal goal attainment for each employee
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• PHR or SPHR certifications a plus
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Management experience
• Understanding of healthcare industry a must
