Manager, HR Shared Services (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading manufacturing company on their search for a Manager, HR Shared Services located in Fort Worth, TX. With a focus on performance and employee development, this leader will be responsible for managing key functions within the Shared Services center of the organization.
Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Master’s Degree preferred

Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years of HR experience
• 2+ years of experience managing a team in a shared services center or similar service delivery model

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of HR Shared Services Center
• Define and meet service level agreements with business partners
• Lead a team to provide high level customer service
• Manage technology vendor relationships as needed
