We are a high mix, low volume industrial manufacturer with over 150 employees and over $100M in revenue. Our products are mechanical and electro-mechanical supporting a highly regulated industry.
You will be providing leadership to a team of over 10 engineers to manage:
- new engineering processes/projects
- legacy products
- NPI
- new business
- long development projects
- RFQ process
Requirements:
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years experience in engineering and design
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience in engineering
- Interfacing with OEM manufacturers in high mix, low volume manufacturing environment
