Title: Total Rewards Manager
Location: Bethesda, MD
Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading organization to identify their next Total Rewards Manager.
- Provide strategy and support for total rewards including base pay, incentives, benefits, recognition, and other forms of compensation used to attract and retain talent.
- Responsible for designing, planning, and implementing health benefits and compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure organization’s health benefits are administered timely and accurately; regularly assess opportunities to make the administration processes more efficient through automation or elimination of non-value-added procedures.
- Demonstrate experience in collaboration, strategic development, and integration with managers and key leaders.
- Identify, develop and monitor standard metrics to regularly assess overall investment and impact of total rewards programs to recruit, hire, develop, recognize and reward employees.
Requirements:
- 10+ years with an emphasis in Benefits and Compensation planning, design, administration.
- Experience developing or facilitating a comprehensive review of pay policies, procedures, and programs.
- Experience working with executive-level committees on program offerings and outcomes.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
