You will be responsible for, with general supervision, maintaining and repairing plant equipment, buildings, and grounds. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. You will take pride in your personal hands-on and analytical abilities, organization skills, and attention to detail.
Day to day responsibilities include
- Performs necessary repairs to all production and maintenance equipment
- Provides and ensures preventive maintenance on production equipment, docks, balers, forklifts, and all other necessary building equipment
- Maintains and repairs basic electrical, construction, and plumbing needs
- Performs routine maintenance on thermoforming machines
- Completes required job tickets
- Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 Years Maintenance experience required
- Two years Plastics and/or Thermoforming experience preferred
- Certifications preferred in machine repair, basic automated electronic systems, and chemical spills
- Welding skills
- PLC experience
