Our client is hiring sales professionals who have any mechanical background along with an outgoing personality who are interested in an entry level sales position who will not shy away from BD/Cold calling. Homerun candidates would have HVAC / Mechanical background with B2B sales experience This is the wish list candidate and not required.
There are quarterly commissions paid along with a monthly car allowance.
Candidates will be based out of the Branch location in each city. Travel will be in the city they are based out of with day travel, no overnight.

Duties & Responsibilities: The Sales Representative’s main objective is to drive personal and company revenue growth through new sales & business development. This is done through prospecting potential customers, cold call activities, and meeting with decision makers of a commercial facilities to understand their needs and discuss technical solutions that will save them money on their owning and operating costs. The ideal candidate has a natural desire to succeed, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has demonstrated success in consultative selling through building genuine business relationships.
