Maintenance Manager - NC (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with our consumer goods client in Hendersonville on their search for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of our client’s production facilities.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Manage workforce (hiring, labor planning, firing, performance reviews)
• Production (convert yield into revenue, inventory control, shipment processing)
• Cost (labor expenses, energy utilization, supplies)
• Safety (follow local and government regulations)
• Lead (be an example to other employees)
• Vendor Management

Skills Needed:

• Create SOP’s
• Basic computer knowledge (create documents, make labels, etc)
• Fill out safety and inspection reports
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Multi-task
• Maintain a calm & collected composure

Educational & Work Requirements:

• Degree: Not Specified
• Work Experience: 2+ years production environment experience or similar
