Maintenance Manager (Closed)

Our client is an innovative leader within the food industry who has grown rapidly through new product introduction and acquisitions.  They are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for their multi-shift plant in Iowa. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient leadership and execution of manufacturing/operations maintenance support activities (safety, preventative maintenance, continuous improvement efforts).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and/or Associate’s degree required
• 3+ years’ management or supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures
• Experience within a food production environment is highly preferred (otherwise, another highly regulated industry)
