Lucas Group has partnered with an Industry Leader in the building materials industry to identify a Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance Program in their Texas Manufacturing Facility. This is a high visibility role that will over plan, develop and execute the facility's preventative maintenance program.
Responsibilities:
- Schedules, coordinates and supervises all maintenance personnel
- Develops and oversees preventative maintenance plans and repair schedules
- Prepares parts list and oversees the purchase of all repair parts
- Conducts employee training on maintenance and OSHA safety compliance
Education and Requirements:
- 5-7 years in a Maintenance Department within an Industrial Manufacturing environment
- 3-5 years in a Supervisory or Managerial Role
- Some college preferred in a technical related field
