M&A Integration Program Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Interim M&A Integration Program Manager to join our team at Korn Ferry. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing the integration of multiple workstreams during mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise M&A integration, including IT, HR, and Payroll integration, and will be responsible for ensuring seamless transitions and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the integration of various workstreams, including IT, HR, Payroll, and other critical functions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful integration.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly within highly regulated sectors such as Med Devices, Biotech, Pharma, Automotive, and Aerospace.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the integration process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across all integration activities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

• Proven experience as a Senior Project/Program Manager with a focus on enterprise M&A integration.
• Strong understanding of IT, HR, and Payroll integration processes.
• Industry experience within Med Devices, Biotech, Pharma, Automotive, Aerospace, or other highly regulated manufactured products.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with large-scale M&A integrations in a global context.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in highly regulated industries.
