Our client, an Am Law 100 Firm with a great culture, is seeking a corporate associate with 3+ years of experience for its Chicago office.
Ideal candidates will have M&A, private equity and transactional/ corporate experience, including drafting and negotiating transactional documents including LOI's, purchase agreements etc. Strong academics, an accounting or MBA background and IL bar preferred.
