Description:

Lucas Group has partnered with one of the world’s largest chemical manufacturers to identify a Logistics Specialist.  The Logistics Specialist will lead all customer-service efforts and be a key liaison between the internal sales team and external customers.

Education Requirements:

  • Associates Degree
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience within a Manufacturing Environment is preferred
  • Experience interfacing with both an Internal Sales Team and External Customers
  • Experience in SAP; Strong Excel User

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging transportation/logistics for external customers
  • Acting as a key liaison between the Internal Sales Team, Production and External Customers
  • Handle regular sales reporting, customer inquiries and shipment tracking
