Title: Logistics Coordinator
Description: Our client, an industry leading chemical manufacturer, is seeking a talented individual who can manage the logistics requirements and customer service for a group of key accounts. This individual will be responsible for ensuring service requirements are not only met but customer expectations are exceeded. An individual who has a passion for building strong rapport with customers and exercises proactive, timely communication is desired.
Other Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Order management, order fulfillment, inventory tracking & shipment coordination
- Invoice management, reporting & troubleshooting
- Work alongside sales department in obtaining customer order forecasts and understanding variances & changes
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
