Experience and Technical Skills/Knowledge

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a customer service and/or logistics role
  • Thorough knowledge of order and inventory management processes;
  • Working knowledge of 3rd party freight (rail, barge, vessel) beneficial
  • Prior PeopleSoft (OM and INV), ShipXpress, rail knowledge/experience considered an asset
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal, and relationship building skills
  • Multi-tasking and problem solving in a timely manner is essential
  • Ability to operate in a multifunctional team environment
  • Capacity to learn and adapt to new systems quickly and efficiently
  • MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, medium proficiency required
