Contract Position
Experience and Technical Skills/Knowledge
Minimum 12 months experience in a customer service and/or logistics role
Thorough knowledge of order and inventory management processes;
Working knowledge of 3rd party freight (rail, barge, vessel) beneficial
Prior PeopleSoft (OM and INV), ShipXpress, rail knowledge/experience considered an asset
Excellent communication, written and verbal, and relationship building skills
Multi-tasking and problem solving in a timely manner is essential
Ability to operate in a multifunctional team environment
Capacity to learn and adapt to new systems quickly and efficiently
MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, medium proficiency required
