Location Manager (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with our Logistics client in Springfield, IL on their search for a Location Manager. As the Location Manager you will be responsible for overseeing our client’s operations and supervising more than 70 employees. .

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Client communications/liaison
• Manage budget to help improve operations and increase profits
• Ensure vehicles are maintained to regulatory standards for both passengers and emissions
• Employee scheduling
• Employee relations
• Financial reporting
• KPIs for annual reports

Skills Needed:

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic Vehicle Maintenance Knowledge
• Communication skills

Educational & Work Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experience
• Work Experience: 3+ years management experience; 3+ years in the logistics/transportation industry
