DEFENSE LITIGATION PARALEGAL (TOXIC TORT)
Will handle all aspects of case management:
- Assisting attorneys with preparing for trials
- Discovery document review and preparation
- Tracking & communicating case-related dates / deadlines and informatio
- Database maintenance.
- Review and prepare documents, reports and correspondence.
- This position involves defense of insurance, toxic tort/ asbestos claims
- Experience supporting Asbestos claims is required.
- Ideal candidate will have a B.A. and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Paralegal Certificate a plus.
