LITIGATION PARALEGAL : IP PRACTICE (WASHINGTON D.C.)

  • Assist in all phases of intellectual property litigation matters, from inception through trial / resolution.
  • Support trial preparation and logistics and attend trials (preparing witness files and exhibits, assisting with setting up trial space)
  • Assist with document collections, reviews & productions
  • Coordinate e- discovery / case management duties
  • Support initiation and preparation of various litigation filings, including cite and fact checking legal briefs, Bluebook citation checking, proofreading, and assembling of exhibits and appendices.
  • Assist with depositions, including witness files, exhibits, notices and subpoenas, and summaries.
  • Conduct factual or legal research; examine public records; monitor legislative and administrative proceedings as assigned; locate witnesses; trace documents and other physical evidence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (GPA of 3.5+ strongly preferred)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in Litigation at a top law firm.
  • Intellectual Property litigation experience.
  • International Trade Commission (ITC) experience
