LITIGATION PARALEGAL : IP PRACTICE (WASHINGTON D.C.)
- Assist in all phases of intellectual property litigation matters, from inception through trial / resolution.
- Support trial preparation and logistics and attend trials (preparing witness files and exhibits, assisting with setting up trial space)
- Assist with document collections, reviews & productions
- Coordinate e- discovery / case management duties
- Support initiation and preparation of various litigation filings, including cite and fact checking legal briefs, Bluebook citation checking, proofreading, and assembling of exhibits and appendices.
- Assist with depositions, including witness files, exhibits, notices and subpoenas, and summaries.
- Conduct factual or legal research; examine public records; monitor legislative and administrative proceedings as assigned; locate witnesses; trace documents and other physical evidence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (GPA of 3.5+ strongly preferred)
- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in Litigation at a top law firm.
- Intellectual Property litigation experience.
- International Trade Commission (ITC) experience
