Duties include:
- Facilitate client meetings and review of potential new matters
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including discovery and pleadings
- Act as the liaison between medical facilities and clients
- Create and process medical records requests
- Deal with the distribution process of large settlement funds with clients nationwide
- Interface regularly with attorneys, medical experts, outside counsel, and clients
Qualifications:
- B.A. Degree and high GPA
- No prior legal experience required
- Desire to gain legal experience - highly motivated
