- Assist in all phases of litigation from initial case filings to resolution/ judgment/ settlement
- Prepare witness files, exhibits, notices and subpoenas, and deposition summaries
- Conduct factual or legal research
- Assist with trial preparation and logistics and attendi trial
- Assist with document collection, review, and document production
- Liaise with eDiscovery team to manage document databases and coordinate e -discovery
- Assist with court filings,cite and fact checking legal briefs, confirming proper Bluebook citation, proofreading, and assembling exhibits
- Coordinate and facilitate depositions
