We are working on an EXCLUSIVE search for one of our clients that is looking for Litigation Support/Trial Paralegal for a long term temporary assignment on-site in LONG ISLAND. The role is slated to last at least ONE YEAR in duration.
Responsibilities:
-Experience with litigation support and trial prep (depositions, exhibits)
-Experience with Trial Director and assisting at trials is strongly preferred
-Must be knowledgeable with both NY state and federal laws and procedures
Requirements:
-BA or paralegal certificate with a minimum of two years of experience working as a legal assistant, or paralegal and assisting with trials
-Experience with litigation support and trial prep (depositions, exhibits)
-Experience with Trial Director and assisting at trials is strongly preferred
-Must be knowledgeable with both NY state and federal laws and procedures
-Must be able to commit to duration of assignment
Pay rate is $30/hourly, DOE
