Job Description

Lucas Group has an immediate need for a litigation associate to join the East Bay office of an established mid-sized law firm. The firm has a low billable hour requirement and is a great  lifestyle alternative to Big Law. This associate will have the opportunity to work on high end commercial litigation and trust/estate litigation. 

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years of litigation experience
• Experience drafting discovery, researching and drafting motions and preparing for depositions
• Commercial litigation experience 
• Trust and estate litigation experience a plus
