We're looking for a LIMS/ELN Administrator to support our global Life Science client with the deployment and ongoing configuration of Benchling ELN, with a strong focus on building and maintaining templates that standardise scientific workflows. This is a practical admin/configuration role suited to someone who learns systems quickly and enjoys enabling end users.
Support configuration and administration of Benchling ELN
Build and maintain Benchling templates to standardise workflows and data capture
Support scientists/end users with template usage, troubleshooting, and best practice
Assist with documentation, change control, and process improvements
Collaborate with global stakeholders (incl. US-based reporting line)
2-5 years' experience in ELN/LIMS administration, lab systems support, or similar application admin role
Strong configuration mindset (templates, forms, workflows, permissions, standardisation)
Comfortable working with scientific/technical users and translating needs into system setup
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and document changes clearly
Direct Benchling ELN experience (strong preference, but not essential if transferable)
Experience in regulated life sciences environments (GxP awareness)
Familiarity with data structures, integrations, or standardised data capture approaches
