Title: Level 1 IT Support Technician (Lab Desktop Rollout)
Location: Onsite – Bloomington, IN

Compensation: $20 - $30/hr.

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Level 1 IT Support Technician to assist in the deployment of 30+ new desktops as part of a new lab rollout. This role will work closely with the internal IT team to ensure a smooth transition, including imaging, deploying, connecting, and troubleshooting new desktop systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the imaging, setup, and deployment of new desktops.
- Ensure proper installation and connectivity within the lab environment.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with the internal IT team to meet rollout timelines.
- Maintain organization and documentation throughout the deployment process.
Skills Required
- Experience with desktop imaging, installation, and deployment.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Ability to work onsite in Bloomington, IN for the duration of the project.
- Flexibility with work hours (some weeks 40 hours, other weeks 20 hours based on demand).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
