Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with an AM200 Law Firm on their search for a Legal Recruitment Manager located in New York, NY. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment programs and processes for the East Coast. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in talent acquisition, with experience in the legal space, whether from a Staffing/Search Firm or from a Law Firm!

• Identify, attract and recruit experienced legal professionals
• Source passive and active candidates through a variety of methods including networking, cold calls, referrals, social media, etc.
• Interview candidates and schedule potential meetings with hiring managers
• Collect feedback from mangers and new hires for process improvements
• Maintain tracking databases to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques
• Support other recruiting projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years recruitment experience (Staffing or In-House)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 10%
