LEGAL ADMIN ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST (TEMP TO HIRE)
HOURS: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Very accessible location in Midtown Manhattan, close to Grand Central Station.
High profile 15-person boutique litigation law firm with a focus on criminal white collar defense and civil litigation matters.
- Greeting clients as they come in.
- Support office administrative work, Mailing lists, making copies.
- Assist with client billing.
- Assist with setup for meetings and conferences.
SKILLS:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sound judgment and discretion are important, as firm represents very high profile individuals
- MUST : Administrative experience in a law firm, Multiline phones, MS Word skills
- Nice to Have: B.A. Degree, QuickBooks, Excel, Skype, Google Calendar
Position is temp to hire, and starts immediately. Hourly rate of pay is 20-23/ hr DOE.
