Legal Admin Assistant: Real Estate / Corporate (Midtown Manhattan)

Global law firm seeking experienced Real Estate assistant for their growing transactional practice. Will also consider candidates with experience supporting a Corporate group.

  • New matter file opening and document production for large commercial real estate transactions
  • Compose, edit and proofread legal documents (including real estate documents), correspondence and reports
  • Proofread and edit text for content and grammatical error
  • Schedule appointments and make travel arrangements for attorneys
  • Facilitate timely processing, tracking, and delivery of clients bills and Attorney time entry
  • Use Worksite/Filesite to manage legal documents
  • Schedule meetings and make travel arrangements
  • Prepare expense reimbursements
