The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience developing and implementing learning and organizational development initiatives in a financial services, banking, or mortgage environment and is used to working on a lean team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8-10+ years of related experience, preferably in a mortgage/banking/financial services organization.
• Ability to communicate and relate to the CEO down to entry-level associates.
• Must be approachable, genuine, articulate, and an influencer.
• CPLP preferred.
