Title: Learning & Development Lead

Role Overview:

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading organization local to the Louisville Kentucky area on their search for a Leadership and Development Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual in this newly created role due to the growth of the organization! This individual will provide leadership, strategic direction and delivery of Learning & Development (L&D) processes and programs. The ideal candidate will have built out training programs in the past and be able to speak to specific results. This person will have a small team and ideally will have managed in the past. At least 7+ years L&D management experience and a proven record of designing and implementing L&D initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred.
• 7+ years of managing leadership and organizational development
• 4+ years HR management experience
