Title: LEAN Manufacturing Specialist
Lucas Group has partnered with an industry leading manufacturer to identify a LEAN Manufacturing Specialist. The LEAN Specialist will lead the facility's LEAN transformation by incorporating LEAN processes and procedures into everyday production & operations. This is a high-visibility role that will report directly to the Plant Manager.
Education/Background:

• Noted experience and accomplishments implementing LEAN methodology in a Manufacturing Operation
• Knowledge of LEAN Concepts and Continuous Improvement based tools and techniques
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
