Responsibilities
Skills Required
Develops and maintains high-quality, scalable software solutions, ensuring security and operational resilience.
* Performs thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to uphold quality standards.
* Designs, develops, and delivers complex software solutions aligned with business needs and organizational standards.
* Creates detailed technical artifacts, including requirements documents, design specifications, test plans, and deployment strategies.
* Performs system maintenance, incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution in complex production environments.
* Evaluates emerging technologies and frameworks, conducting Proof of Concept (PoCs) evaluations.
* Maintains solution and technology roadmaps, contributing to strategic planning and innovation while promoting best practices in SDLC, testing, and security.
* Guides and mentors junior team members through on-the-job experiences, reviewing work and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to grow expertise around their discipline.
