Title:  Lead Recruitment Marketer

Location:  Brooklyn, NY

Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a fast-growing gig economy startup on their search for a Lead Recruitment Marketer based in Brooklyn, NY. The right candidate will have some marketing and/or recruitment marketing experience and an interest in finding creative ways to attract top talent for full time and part time lucrative work.

• Collaborate with C-Suite of growing startup to attract, screen and hire part time drivers to meet consumer demand
• Work with Chief Marketing Officer to develop and implement creative recruitment marketing strategies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience for blue collar and/or part-time roles such as drivers, hospitality, delivery roles, construction, retail, or healthcare
• Background or strong interest in creative recruitment marketing strategies (e.g. for recent grads, college major in marketing)
• Great communication and writing skills, ability to strategize for big picture while tending to tactical recruiting for fast growing startup
