Title: Lead Mulesoft Engineer

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Lead MuleSoft Engineer. This person will play a crucial role in developing and extending application architecture using MuleSoft. This position offers the chance to collaborate with various IT teams, manage tasks in an agile environment, and mentor junior staff, all while staying at the forefront of emerging technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
System Analysis & Design:
- Develop and extend application architecture.
- Design and implement high-performance, reusable applications.
- Evaluate third-party vendors and software.
- Transition development from SaaS providers to internal teams.
- Stay updated with new technologies.
Communication & Teamwork:
- Collaborate with IT teams.
- Manage tasks in an agile environment.
- Communicate technical info to various stakeholders.
Project Management & Leadership:
- Facilitate technical meetings.
- Mentor junior staff.
System Implementation & Configuration:
- Understand MuleSoft architecture.
- Assist with code integration and automated tests.
- Build runtime metrics and monitoring hooks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience developing middle-tier applications using MuleSoft.
- 7+ years of experience creating software applications.
- 5+ years of experience creating RESTful APIs.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in financial technology and wealth management.
- Experience with large language models and AI.
- Experience creating and consuming GraphQL APIs.
- Solution architecture experience at the enterprise level.
