We have partnered with our client in their search for a Lead Infor GHR Systems Architect. (shorter-term Contract: 2-months).
Responsibilities
Data Modeling & Roadmap Creation: Develop comprehensive data models, including detailed schema, tables, and structures, to ensure proper data organization and accessibility within Infor GHR. Create a roadmap for implementing the data structures and guiding execution teams.
Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer: Work closely with the Data Leadership team and local consultants to ensure alignment with organizational goals and provide guidance on best practices for using the data lake and Infor GHR system.
Data Solutioning & Strategy: Provide strategic input and solutions for improving data accuracy and reporting, ensuring that teams can access and utilize the data effectively. Help establish processes for ongoing data management and platform optimization.
Skills Required
Infor GHR Data Model Expertise: Deep knowledge of Infor GHR’s data structures and the ability to design and guide the implementation of data solutions.
Data Architecture & Modeling: Proficiency in designing complex data architectures and models, particularly for large systems like Infor and data lakes.
HR Data System Integration: Experience with HR data systems and understanding of the complexities of employee data reporting, including historical termination data, and the ability to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
