An Am Law 100 firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an experienced Labor and Employment / Employee Benefits Attorney for a 5 month contract assignment. This assignment will start in Mid-March and extend to late August.
Qualified candidates will be admitted to the New York Bar and have 3 to 6 years of experience with Employee Benefits compliance work in all areas of:
- Qualified retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), and pensions
- Health and welfare plan work
- Non-qualified plan work
