What You Will Do:

Responsible for maximizing sales with existing military agreements (not limited to DLA-ECAT, FSS-VA, DFAS) Expanding company product portfolio sales across all Military Branches in OUS Hospitals (including permanent brick & mortar and field-based hospitals), Military Special Ops, and Coast Guard installations. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, candidate will be key account manager and primary point of contact for US Military Sales with all the afore-mentioned branches and installations.

  • Collaborate with Directors of R&D, Engineering, and Marketing to assess competitive threats and new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Director Customer Operations to ensure contract compliance, explore networking opportunities, and ensure an efficient process for order placement and processing exists.
  • Attend US Military trade shows to promote company products; expand network with all branches, assess competitive threats, and new product opportunities.
  • Develop US Military product pricing strategy along with the CCO and Director of Marketing.

 

Education and Work Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, master’s preferred
  • Expected travel 40% + (including international travel)
  • 5+ years’ experience US Military sales and/or procurement
  • Adept leader with extensive relations across all US Military branches and demonstrated US Military sales experience and success.
  • Communicate with a clear, inspiring vision; translating that vision into a practical, results-focused action plan; and executing that plan.
  • Proven ability to develop effective sales strategies, and to implement performance metrics.
  • Experience in using and managing Salesforce CRM and other computer software.
