Overview:
We're looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the rollout of a CX initiative. This role will coordinate activities across business units, ensuring smooth delivery, clear communication, and consistent progress tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Support CX rollout and cross-business initiatives, managing timelines, milestones, and reporting.
Coordinate CX waves, initiatives, and sprints across teams.
Track progress and manage logistics for meetings, events, and rollouts.
Help business units turn CX insights into practical actions.
Promote visibility, communication, and knowledge sharing of best practices and success stories.
Partner with the Head of CX to align strategic and operational execution.
